Jack Lopez, Esq., a proud son of immigrant parents, is a Peruvian licensed attorney in the state of California. Jack grew up in South Los Angeles.

For years, Jack served our unprivileged communities.

In law school, Jack turned to public interest to fulfill his passion work for underprivileged communities. He interned at the California Law Project, a non-profit organization with the California School of Law, where he provided supervised legal assistance to community members regarding legal matters. As a law clerk for the San Diego Public Defender Office, Jack assisted client’s terminate probation early, and expunge criminal record.  

As a licensed attorney in California, Jack P. Lopez, Esq. has experience in removal/deportation defense, waivers of inadmissibility, representing victims of crimes, and Special Immigration Juvenile petitions, Family Law related matters such chid custody, restraining orders, change of custody, and other family law related matter, as well as criminal matters related to DUI and some Felonies.

• University of California Riverside: Bachelors Degree in Political Science/ Law and Society, with a minor in Philosophy.

• California Western School of Law: Juris Doctorate Degree
